Lestel boutique suites are located at the center of Nafplio. Built in the 1960s the first floor was recently renovated and converted into 3 apartments in order to offer a unique experience to the visitor, combining elements of the past and the future.
The original layout of the floor plan was minimal as a result of the study that was intended to maintain the interior layout as a reference to the 1960 dwelling arrangement. The entrance hall , the rooms, and the kitchen were arranged around the central hall. This large area with the plaster decorative elements and the old chandelier welcomes guests before they enter their apartments.
The old mosaics and cement tiles were preserved and remained as part of the original building elements and fittings. Only in one room where it was not possible to maintain the mosaic flooring, it was covered with cement mortar.
The outdoor area, covered with mosaic tiles in a checkerboard formation, is suitable for relaxation in the spring and summer months.
The distinctive railings of the balconies offered their form as a base to design the company logo.
